About Paul A. Shapiro
Paul A. Shapiro has been serving the Tallahassee community for more than 25 years, working tirelessly to obtain full, fair, and just compensation for his clients. He earned his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law in 1995 and began practicing personal injury law in Tallahassee in 1996. In 1997, at the age of 26, Mr. Shapiro founded the Shapiro Law Firm, P.A., with a mission of providing the highest level of legal representation to those wrongfully injured in the Big Bend area.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Shapiro has personally handled more than 3,000 personal injury cases. He specializes in the representation of those injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, as well as complex civil cases and wrongful death claims. His dedication to his clients is reflected in his track record of success, having obtained recoveries totaling more than $50 million. Mr. Shapiro joins Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney & Hobbs P.A. in an "of counsel" capacity, continuing his lifelong commitment to advocating for the rights of the injured across the State of Florida.
Mr. Shapiro is an active member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the Florida Justice Association and the American Justice Association. His decades of experience and deep roots in the Tallahassee legal community make him an invaluable asset to the firm and the clients he serves.
Personal Life & Community Involvement
Mr. Shapiro recognizes the importance of family and spends much of his free time with his wife and three children. As a deeply involved member of the Tallahassee community for over twenty years, he is a familiar face at local farmers' markets and weekend community events. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, running, and biking on the many amazing local trails throughout the Big Bend area. He also enjoys traveling to Florida’s State Parks and America’s National Parks, as well as spending time at the beaches of 30A.
